Refunds

All session purchases are valid for the date and time of the session purchased. All session retainers and payments are transferable to another session at face value for up to one calendar year. Any scheduling changes must occur no later than 12 hours prior to the scheduled session and communication about these changes must be made personally by phone or email. 

All services are exempt from being returned. Digital files also cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your images in any way, please contact me personally to discuss our options.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges or reschedules (if applicable)

We only reschedule sessions at the permission of the photographer. Please send us an email by using our contact form.

Shipping

There are no shipping fees or taxes charged for digital goods or services in the State of Illinois.
